I offer both face-to-face and online counselling sessions, so you can choose what feels right for you.

The initial session
Face-to-face counselling
In my private therapy room in Hemel Hempstead (HP1)
Your first session is charged at the standard rate of £60. This gives us valuable time to meet, talk about what you'd like support with and see how it feels for us to work together. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
Online Counselling
From the comfort of your own home in a private space
Concessionary sessions
A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for those experiencing financial difficulty

Location
Face-to-face sessions take place in my private therapy room in Hemel Hempstead (HP1), with its own bathroom facilities.
Online sessions are also available
Availability
I offer flexible appointment times including some evenings and weekends. Please get in touch to discuss whats available.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged for the session. Appointments missed without prior notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee.
If I need to cancel a session, I will aim to give you at least 48 hours’ notice and offer an alternative appointment wherever possible.
