My approach
A thoughtful, individual approach to counselling

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches rather than following one fixed method.
Everyone comes to counselling with different experiences, needs and ways of expressing themselves, so I adapt our work to suit you as an individual.
For some people, this may involve exploring the past and understand how earlier experiences continue to affect the present. For others, it may focus on current difficulties, relationships, emotional patterns or finding practical ways to manage overwhelming feelings.

Why I chose to become a counsellor?
I've always been drawn to people - their stories, their strengths and their resilience. Counselling allows me to combine my natural empathy with a passion for supporting others through life's challenges.
I believe in the power of having a safe space to talk, reflect and feel truly heard. Everyone's journey is unique, and I feel privileged to be part of that.
